I graduated with honors from Nova Academy of Cosmetology with a focus in aesthetics. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, I kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable, you can reschedule your appointment using the same deposit as long as it's before 24 hours of your appointment time. Anything after 24 hours you will have to put in a new deposit. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule or cancel your service to avoid impacting other clients. This will be considered a no-show.
